It was a very grey, overcast day when we were there. Despite this, when we got into the studio, although it was fairly dark inside, all of the work areas had plenty of natural light. Wright designed the studio with skylights that brought the perfect amount of light down into each work area. Say what you will about him personally, he was an amazing architect.
